Returns Policy
At Pixie & Sherbet, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please submit a request through your customer account:

If you checked out using a phone number only: You won’t be able to log in via the customer accounts link. Instead, open the SMS order confirmation you received at checkout and use the return link provided there.
Before sending your item back, please ensure you’ve submitted your return request so our team can approve and track your return.
Return Timing
You must notify us of your return within 30 days of delivery.
After notifying us, items must be sent back within 14 days.

European Union Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
If your order ships to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you must send the item back within 14 days.
Items must meet our standard return conditions.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Outbound Shipping Refunds (EU Requirement)
If you are exercising your EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard delivery cost of your original order. Express or premium shipping upgrades are not refundable.
