Returns Policy

At Pixie & Sherbet, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked.

How to Return

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Email us at info@pixieandsherbet.com with your order number before sending your return so we know it’s on the way.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to an EU address, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days—no questions asked. Your item must still meet our return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging) and include proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days and issue it to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is on its way.
